44 things on in Freddy this week
Issue 28
Everything worth leaving the house for, November 6 to November 12
HEY FREDDY
The tattoo festival is back at the Delta, the Men of the Deeps are at the Playhouse Friday, and Wednesday is Remembrance Day. Wear the poppy, go to the cenotaph, and give yourself the afternoon. It gets dark early enough now that a walk at lunch is the walk.

FEATURED FRIDAY BUSINESS
Georgia Rose Personal Training
A trainer who comes to your house. Full disclosure: I built her website.
Georgia Rose Personal Training is mobile, one-on-one coaching across Fredericton and within 25 km: your home, outdoors while the weather allows, or online. Every session is a full hour, a 40-minute workout plus a 20-minute coaching check-in, and there is no gym membership involved. Honest note first: I built Georgia's website, so I am not a neutral party. What holds up either way is the format. November is when the good intentions from September quietly stop, and a trainer who shows up at your door is harder to cancel on than a membership card. frederictonpersonaltrainer.com.
