Do you pay contributors?
No. Our exchange is byline + dofollow backlink + audience exposure + cross-promotion in Friday in Freddy. If money is the goal, this isn't the right outlet for you. We respect your time enough to be upfront.
How long is editorial review?
One business day for a pitch reply. One week for edit notes after submission. Two-week total turnaround from accepted pitch to published.
Can I republish my piece elsewhere later?
Yes, after 30 days from publication and with a note that it ran first on Fredericton Directory. Don't post the same piece on Medium the same day — kills our SEO and yours.
Do I need a writing sample?
