The Wild Blueberry FlavourFest starts Sunday and runs to the 30th. The official list tells you which restaurants are taking part. It does not tell you what any of them are actually serving, which is the only thing you need to decide where to go.

So we asked them. 43 dishes at 22 places, every one confirmed by the restaurant itself.

• NB blueberry, goat cheese and bacon burger: a 6oz all-beef patty with creamy goat cheese, crispy bacon, fresh garden greens and a savoury blueberry bourbon compote, on a toasted brioche bun
