About this event
What would Hallelujah sound like if it were performed as an opera with a chamber orchestra? One contemporary dancer. One soaring baritone. A live chamber orchestra. Together, they honour and reinvent Cohen’s most iconic songs: Hallelujah, Dance Me to the End of Love, Everybody Knows, and more. Each is given a theatrical and musical weight that feels earned.Take This Waltz is an operatic and contemporary dance performance inspired by the music of Canada’s most beloved poet-songwriter, Leonard Cohen.Cohen
