Maple season at Dumfries Maples, the sugarbush and pancake house 35 minutes west of Fredericton at 7520 Route 102 in Dumfries. Pancake breakfast in the Cedar Log Cookhouse with their own syrup, maple taffy on the snow, maple treats, and walking or snowshoeing the sugarbush. Recent seasons ran weekends: Friday breakfast 9am to 1pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 3pm.
