The name comes from the DC series that ran from 1950 to 1973. On the shelves you will find new weekly releases, trade paperbacks and graphic novels, manga, action figures, games, cards, and miniatures, plus a used graphic novel section for bargain hunters. Shoppers describe a deep, well-curated selection and a fun, welcoming atmosphere, the kind of place that suits both longtime collectors and someone buying their first comic. It sits on York Street in the middle of downtown, an easy walk from the Boyce Farmers Market on a Saturday morning. The shop is open seven days a week, though Sunday hours are short, noon to 4 pm.
